Warranty and Refund Policy

Up to 12 Months Product Guarantee Refund Policy

DFW Wholesale Security products are backed by a warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for up to one year from the purchase date unless otherwise specified.

If your item has a defect, you can send it back to DFW Wholesale Security for repair or replacement. You’ll need to get an RMA number first, which we can provide. We decide whether to give you a new product or a refurbished one that’s been fixed and checked. You have to follow the RMA Return Policy to get your defective product repaired or replaced. Just so you know, we take processing fees out of refunds.


Warranty does not apply to damage resulting from natural disasters, power surges, or unforeseen circumstances beyond human control.

Return Policy for RMA Requests:

DFW Wholesale Security stands behind their products with a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days and receive a full refund, minus any shipping and processing fees.

a. Meeting criteria for complete reimbursement

  • Every item must be in New condition, with no signs of wear or damage. 
  • The original packaging must be intact, with all the original materials included. 
  • All accessories must be in new condition, with no scratches or dents, to qualify for a return.
  • Packages being returned should be sent back via a shipping method that allows for tracking and provides insurance coverage for the value of the items being returned.
